How to seek clarification and lodge a complaint

  1. Clients can seek clarification to their queries and are entitled to make a complaint in writing. An Email may be sent to: support@finvezto.com as well.

  2. Alternatively, the Investor may reach the Research Analyst on WhatsApp at +918148413194

  3. The client can expect a reply within 24 hours of approaching the Research Analyst.

  4. In case the client is not satisfied with our response they can lodge a grievance with SEBI at http://scores.gov.in or may also write to the office of SEBI.

  5. After exhausting the above options for resolution of the grievance, if the investor/client is still not satisfied with the outcome, they can initiate dispute resolution through the ODR Portal: https://smartodr.in/login

  6.
