* All fees paid towards our services are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once access has been granted.

#### 2. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be processed in the following cases:

* Duplicate Payment: If a client has accidentally made more than one payment for the same service, the excess payment will be refunded.
* Technical Error: If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from the client’s account, the same will be reversed to the original source within 7–10 working days.
