The Research Analyst has implemented sufficient safeguards to maintain the independence of research activities from other business operations. He upholds written internal policies and control procedures that regulate the trading of securities. The Research Analyst adheres to the Code of Conduct outlined in the SEBI Regulations while offering services as a research analyst.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESEARCH SERVICES

  • The Research Services will be limited to providing independent research recommendations and will not be involved in any advisory or portfolio allocation services.

  • The research analyst never guarantees the returns on the recommendations provided. Investors should note that investing/trading in stocks/indices or other securities is always subject to market risk. Past performance is never a guarantee of future results.

  • Our recommendations are issued to the registered clients with active subscriptions.

  • The research analyst shall not be responsible for any loss to the investors.

  • The website publishes information on financial and investment issues periodically. All content, including recommendations, blogs, newsletters, and other tools on the site, is intended for informational and educational purposes to assist users in making sound financial decisions.

3. DISCLOSURES FOR RESEARCH SERVICES

  • The Research Analyst refrains from trading in the recommended securities within 30 days before or 5 days after the publication of the research report.

  • Outside the trading restriction window mentioned above, the Research Analyst may hold positions in the stocks, securities, and financial instruments discussed in the reports, or may buy or sell securities mentioned in the reports outside the trading restriction window.

  • At the time of publishing the research report, the Research Analyst must disclose stock ownership.

  • The research analyst does not provide recommendations on IPOs/Primary Market; all recommendations are for the Secondary Market exclusively.

  • No actual or potential conflicts of interest exist from any connection or association with product/securities issuers.   • The Research Analyst has not managed or co-managed any public offerings for companies.

  • The Research Analyst has not received compensation for investment banking, merchant banking, or brokerage services from the subject company.

  • The Research Analyst has not received any compensation for products or services from the subject company.

  • The Research Analyst has not received any compensation or other benefits from the Subject Company or 3rd party in connection with the research report/recommendation.

  • The subject company was not a client of the Research Analyst preceding the date of recommendation services provided.

  • The Research Analyst has not served as an officer, director, or employee of the subject company.

  • The Research Analyst has not been engaged in the market-making activity of the subject company.

  • The research analyst or their relative does not have a financial interest in the subject company. If there is an interest, it will be disclosed in the research report.

  • The underlying research is based on facts, figures, and information considered true, correct, and reliable. The information is obtained from publicly available media or other sources believed to be reliable.

  • The recommendations are prepared solely for informational purposes and do not constitute an offer document or solicitation to buy, sell, or subscribe to securities or other financial instruments for clients.

4. DISCIPLINARY HISTORY

There are no pending material litigations or legal proceedings against Research Analyst Mr Anand Ganapathy K.

As of today, no penalties or directions have been issued by SEBI under the SEBI Act or Regulations made thereunder against the Research Analyst regarding Research Analyst services.
